Past 50 sponsored workers, sponsorship stops being an occasional HR task and becomes an ongoing compliance operation. There are more Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) to assign, more worker changes to report through the Sponsorship Management System (SMS) within 10 working days, more SMS users and key personnel to keep in order, and more records for a Home Office compliance officer to check on a visit. The questions get harder too, and they rarely fit neatly into a general webinar.
