Start dates and staffing you can plan around

A sponsored worker who can’t start on time, or whose visa runs out, leaves a gap in your team. Borderless shows expected start dates for every hire, flags visa end dates months ahead, and keeps every sponsored worker across your organisation in one view.

Where staffing slips

Gaps that start as paperwork

Most staffing surprises in sponsorship were visible weeks earlier, to someone.

Start dates

Hires that start late

A certificate or visa that takes longer than planned pushes back the start date and the cover you planned around.

Renewals

Visas that run out

Without a reminder, an extension can start too late to keep someone working.

Sites

Moves that need reporting

Moving a sponsored worker to another site can need a report to the Home Office within 10 working days.

Fewer gaps in your team

01

Expected dates for every hire

02

Visa end dates tracked

Every end date across every site, with each extension flagged months ahead.

03

Sponsored workers by business and site, each with its own actions due.

04

Site moves flagged

Questions we’re often asked

Can we see every site in one view?

Yes. Each business and site has its own view, and head office sees them together.

How early are visa end dates flagged?

Months ahead, so there’s time to assign a new certificate and gather the documents before the visa ends.

Does moving someone to another site need reporting?

A change to a sponsored worker’s normal work location usually needs reporting within 10 working days. A day at another site doesn’t.

Can site managers see only their own workers?

Yes. Each user is given access to specific businesses and sites.
