Built for the hires after your first
Wondercraft was a 15-person team when it sponsored its first engineer, and it kept sponsoring on the same record. Borderless is built for every hire after the first.

Licences for new entities
If you add a company to your group, we check eligibility and every supporting document before the new application goes in.
More hires
Certificates and visas at volume
Each Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and visa application is checked on the platform and reviewed by your adviser, so a busier hiring year doesn’t mean more mistakes.
Duties that multiply
Know what you’re responsible for
Records to keep, changes to report within 10 working days, and right to work checks to repeat. Each duty shows up with a date and an owner.
Predictable pricing
Fees you can plan around
A plan sized to your sponsored workforce. Home Office fees are separate, paid directly, and shown up front.
Regulated advice
An adviser behind every case
An IAA-regulated immigration adviser reviews anything before it goes to the Home Office, so a first-time sponsor gets the same care as a large one.
Room to grow
Plans that grow with you
Starter, Pro and Expert are sized to the number of workers you sponsor, so you move up a plan as you grow.

Questions we’re often asked
How much does Borderless cost?
It depends on your plan and your hiring plans, and you’ll get a tailored quote after your tour of the platform. Plans run for a minimum of 12 months. Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, and other government charges are paid directly and aren’t included.
How long does a sponsor licence take?
That depends on Home Office processing times. You can get started on the platform straight after onboarding, and we make sure your application is complete before it goes in, so missing documents don’t slow it down.
What are we responsible for as a sponsor?
Keeping the right records for each sponsored worker, reporting certain changes within 10 working days, checking right to work, and making sure the job matches the certificate. Borderless tracks each duty and tells you when something needs doing. Your organisation stays responsible for the licence.
Do we need outside immigration support as well?
Borderless combines the platform with IAA-regulated immigration advisers, who review anything before it goes to the Home Office. If you already work with an adviser you trust, they can work alongside us.
What happens when we grow?
You move to a larger plan, with more sponsored workers covered, HR system integrations, and more adviser support.
