Borderless is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud, in UK-based data centres run by providers certified to ISO/IEC 27001.

Encryption and testing
Encryption, strict access controls and regular penetration testing and security audits.

Multi-factor authentication
Logins are protected with multi-factor authentication.

Permissions by business and site
Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, with each person given access only to the businesses and sites they need.

HiBob and Sona connect on Pro and Expert plans. Borderless reads records and documents, and doesn’t write back.
