Sector rules differ, but the sponsor duties don’t
Care homes, tech teams, banks, hotels, building sites, and universities each sponsor different roles under different salary rules. Borderless gives every one of them a live record of every sponsored worker, Halo checking the records, and IAA-regulated immigration advisers who know the roles you hire for.

Sponsors in every sector

What stays the same, wherever you hire
The roles and salary rules change from sector to sector. These three things don’t, and they’re how Borderless works for every sponsor.
How the work gets done
The platform checks, your adviser reviews, you approve
Borderless checks your records and spots the gaps. An IAA-regulated immigration adviser reviews anything that goes to the Home Office, and nothing is submitted until you approve it.
Records
Appendix D compliance duties, kept current
Every sponsored worker’s file is checked against Appendix D, the Home Office list of records a sponsor must keep, and flagged as soon as something goes missing.
Reporting
Every change, inside the deadline
Absences, pay or location changes, and early leavers each start a Home Office deadline. Each one is flagged with its deadline and a pre-filled report.
Questions we’re often asked
My sector isn’t listed. Can Borderless still help?
Yes. Sponsor duties are the same in every sector, so the platform and our advisers work the same way wherever you hire. Tell us about the roles you sponsor during your tour.
Do the rules change from sector to sector?
The sponsor duties don’t. What changes is which roles qualify, the salary rules for each occupation, and sector rules such as the end of overseas recruitment for care workers. Your adviser checks each role against the rules that apply to it.
What does the Iris AI assistant do, and who checks it?
Iris explains what the Home Office expects and suggests answers on forms, and you decide what’s saved. An IAA-regulated immigration adviser reviews anything that goes to the Home Office, and nothing is submitted without your approval.
We sponsor in more than one sector. Is that one account?
Yes. Each licence keeps its own health score, deadlines, and records, and you see them together in one view.
