“It took me maybe two hours to get all ten CoS applications in. They all came back approved within three weeks.”
What customers say changed
Different sectors and sizes, but sponsors tell us much the same story about life before and after Borderless.
Off spreadsheets
One record, not three trackers
Cornerstone Healthcare used to keep three trackers by hand. Aston Transitional Care and Caremark moved off spreadsheets too, onto one live record.
Ready for a visit
Records you can show the Home Office
Caremark’s Martin Hall: “If the Home Office came, we could just show them the platform and prove compliance.”
Less admin
CoS applications in hours, not weeks
Spire Homecare sent ten CoS applications in about two hours. Cornerstone sponsored about 15 people in an hour.
Lower cost
Less spent on outside firms
Nayland Care’s sponsorship costs fell to a third once it stopped relying on third-party lawyers. Wessex Care cut its legal costs.
At scale
Every home on one record
We Care Group keeps 500 international staff across 35 homes on Borderless, with compliance documents a few clicks away.
