Your first sponsored hire, made simple
Most employers start sponsoring because one great candidate needs it. Borderless takes you from no licence to that first hire, with every document checked, an IAA-regulated immigration adviser reviewing what goes to the Home Office, and pricing you can plan around.

Simple to start, clear about what comes next
Wondercraft was a 15-person team when its first engineer needed sponsoring. Borderless is built for that moment, and for every hire after it.

Apply once, properly
We check your eligibility and every supporting document before the application goes in, and help you name the right key personnel.
Your first hires
Certificates and visas, step by step
Each Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and visa application is checked on the platform and reviewed by your adviser, so you’re never guessing what the Home Office needs.

Questions we’re often asked
How much does Borderless cost?
It depends on your plan and your hiring plans, and you’ll get a tailored quote after your tour of the platform. Plans run for a minimum of 12 months. Home Office fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge, and other government charges are paid directly and aren’t included.
How long does a sponsor licence take?
That depends on Home Office processing times. You can get started on the platform straight after onboarding, and we make sure your application is complete before it goes in, so missing documents don’t slow it down.
What are we responsible for as a sponsor?
Keeping the right records for each sponsored worker, reporting certain changes within 10 working days, checking right to work, and making sure the job matches the certificate. Borderless tracks each duty and tells you when something needs doing. Your organisation stays responsible for the licence.
Do we need outside immigration support as well?
Borderless combines the platform with IAA-regulated immigration advisers, who review anything before it goes to the Home Office. If you already work with an adviser you trust, they can work alongside us.
What happens when we grow?
You move to a larger plan, with more sponsored workers covered, HR system integrations, and more adviser support.
