Can we show the audit trail to internal audit or the Home Office?
Yes. Every action is logged with who did it and when, and reports export as CSV files.
Which security certifications do you hold?
Borderless is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud in UK data centres, with encryption, multi-factor authentication and regular penetration testing. Our trust centre sets out how we’re regulated, how we handle data under UK GDPR, and where AI sits in the work.
Can you sponsor senior and specialist hires?
Yes, on the Skilled Worker route. The salary must meet the higher of the general threshold and the going rate for the role, and we check both before the certificate is assigned. Dependant applications for partners and children aren’t on Borderless yet, so register interest to hear when they open.
Does the Iris AI agent make decisions?
No. Iris explains and suggests, and you decide. An IAA-regulated immigration adviser reviews the work, and nothing is submitted without your approval.
We have our own immigration specialists. Can they stay involved?
Yes. They work from the same record as your team and our advisers, with every action logged.
