The calculator covers the fees you pay the Home Office to get a sponsor licence in 2026. The Worker licence costs £611 for small or charitable sponsors and £1,682 for medium or large sponsors. The Temporary Worker licence is £611 whatever your size. Priority processing adds £750 and targets a decision in 10 working days instead of around eight weeks.
It deliberately excludes the per-hire fees: the £525 Certificate of Sponsorship and the Immigration Skills Charge apply to each worker you sponsor, not to the licence. For those, use the visa fees calculator.

You count as small or charitable if you meet at least two of these: turnover of £15 million or less, balance sheet total of £7.5 million or less, or 50 employees or fewer.
Around eight weeks as standard. The £750 priority service targets 10 working days, though a compliance visit can extend it.
Each hire adds a £525 Certificate of Sponsorship and, for most Skilled Worker hires, the Immigration Skills Charge (£1,320 a year for large sponsors, £480 for small).
