Trust / Our experts / Lul Salah

Lul Salah

Senior immigration adviser

I’ve worked in UK immigration for eight years, across personal and business routes. Before Borderless I worked at immigration and law firms, on everything from visit visas to settlement and citizenship. Now I help employers with sponsor licences, Skilled Worker visas and compliance. I grew up in an immigrant household, so I know how daunting the system can feel, and I enjoy making it simpler.

The cases you’ll see Lul on

Sponsor licences, Skilled Worker visas and sponsor compliance, backed by years of work on personal routes such as settlement and British citizenship.

Licences

Sponsor licence applications

Eligibility checks, documents and a review of the application before it’s submitted.

Certificates

CoS requests and visas

Each Certificate of Sponsorship checked against the role, then the visa application reviewed before it goes in.

Compliance

Reporting and audits

Reportable changes drafted and reviewed inside the deadline, and mock audits run the way the Home Office would.

Your named adviser, on the same record as your team

Lul’s advice for first-time sponsors: “Don’t let the complexity put you off. You won’t have every answer on day one, and every question answered builds your confidence for the next stage.”

Named

Lul is named on your case, so you know who to ask.

Reviewed

A review before anything is submitted

Lul reviews anything that goes to the Home Office, and nothing is submitted until you approve it.

The groundwork done first

The platform checks documents and pre-fills forms, so Lul’s time goes on the review and your questions.
